CLASSES AT PLPOA REC Center:  
 
8am Tuesdays - STRENGTH  by Theresa
Small group training format for fast results.  Class limit = 8-10.  Steady-pace, strength, balance, full-body, modifications available.  Alternates with CIRCUIT/TRX training.  
45 minutes
8am Thursdays - Stretch & Abs
25 minutes Stretching plus 20 minutes Ab work.  45 minutes
6am Tuesdays & Thursdays - SPIN-X
Approx. 40 min. cardio followed by 8-10 minutes of strength.  Great all-around workout to start your day.
